Q:  How long Will my order take to arrive?

 

A:  We aim to despatch your order within five working days as most items are           made to order.

 

Q:  With CD Clocks how do I get my own pictures on them?

 

A:  First place your order with us for a clock with the face code ending 000. This        can be found on page one of the miscellaneous Clocks page.

      Then send us a high resolution JPG or PNG image via Email Please attach it as       a file do not include it in the body of the email. Or you can post

      your picture to us see contact page for address. Note: Your pictures will be      

      returned in with your Clock(s).

 

Q:  With Letter Racks how do I get my own pictures on them?

 

A:  First place your order with us for a Letter Rack with code ending 000. This     

      can be found on page one of the Miscellaneous Letter Racks page.

      Then send us a high resolution JPG or PNG image via Email or post your

      picture to us see contact page for address. Note: Your pictures will be

      returned in with your Letter Rack(s).

 

Q:  What if I want a name on the clock or the letter rack?

 

A:   If you want a name on any of our clocks or letter racks please email us with  

       the name you require on it.

       NOTE: Please type name in capitals and make sure the spelling is correct

       before sending the email. If you are sending your own picture and

       would also like a name on the item please include name with picture either in    

       email or on paper if you are posting pictures to us.

 

Q:   Will it cost me extra to have a name put on an item?

 

A:   No, there is no extra charge for the inclusion of a name.

 

Q:   Can I have a poem or other text of my own on a clock or Letter Rack?

 

A:   Yes, you can have your own text on a clock or Letter Rack as long as it will

       fit and it is not offensive to anyone. As with names please email

       the text to us or send via post. We will email you a proof image of the item

       so you can check it before we actually make the item.

 

Q:  What if I order more than one item will I get a postage discount?

 

A:  Yes however you will be charged full postage on the order but after shipping

      any excess postage paid will be refunded to you via PayPal.
