Q: How long Will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to despatch your order within five working days as most items are made to order.
Q: With CD Clocks and Letter Racks how do I get my own pictures on them?
A: Send us a high resolution JPG or PNG image via Email Please attach it as a file do not include it in the body of the email. Tell us what you want, clock or letter rack.We will then send you a proof picture of what the clock will look like. If you want the Clock place your order with us for a Clock or Letter Rack with your own image.
Q: Can I have a print, Slide or a negative on them?
A: The answer to this is yes. You will have to send us your print, slide or negative. We will then send you a proof picture of your item. Your print, slide or negative will be returned with your item.
Q: What if I want a name on the clock or the letter rack?
A: If you want a name on any of our clocks or letter racks please email us with the name you require on it.
NOTE: Please type name in capitals and make sure the spelling is correct before sending the email. If you are sending your own picture and would also like a name on the item please include name with picture either in email or on paper if you are posting pictures to us.
Q: Will it cost me extra to have a name put on an item?
A: No, there is no extra charge for the inclusion of a name.
Q: Can I have a poem or other text of my own on a clock or Letter Rack?
A: Yes, you can have your own text on a clock or Letter Rack as long as it will fit and it is not offensive to anyone. As with names please email the text to us or send via post. We will email you a proof image of the item so you can check it before we actually make the item.
Q: What if I order more than one item will I get a postage discount?
A: Yes however you will be charged full postage on the order but after shipping any excess postage paid will be refunded to you via PayPal.
